I have been working on this piece on and off since 2021. Originally this piece was longer with a female presence and over time he was telling me it wasn’t what he really wanted to say. With all that is going on today, the forced will imposed by those around us. I wanted to create a piece that is all about righting the wrongs and admitting it. This powerful man is questioning his choices and hopefully will take the next step in making things right. We both were on this journey together for over 4 years, hopefully I have finally given him the justice he deserves to tell his own story.
