In our culture, men are often discouraged from showing vulnerability, leading to alarming rates of suicide, mental health struggles, loneliness, and isolation. Men who express their emotions are frequently ridiculed and seen as less masculine.

This piece was inspired by a deeply personal and challenging time in my life. I found myself comforting someone in profound pain, sharing their burden to alleviate their fear, sadness, and loneliness.

This artwork serves as an encouragement to men: find your tribe, don’t hold your emotions in, and remember that true weakness lies in not seeking help when you need it.
