As America approaches its 250th birthday, I wanted to create a piece that honors the strength, labor, resilience, and determination of the women and immigrants who built, shaped, nurtured, and continue to fight for this nation every single day.

This piece is a quiet rebellion wrapped in bright colors and bold glass. A reminder that progress has always come from people willing to rise to the occasion — often without recognition, often underestimated, and often told to stay quiet.
